"So, the food is 5 stars for fast food not necessarily all food. I've been waiting a long time for them to finally come to Hawaii. Since they only do a few things, they do them very well. For my preferred taste, this is not my "go to" for a chicken sandwich. They do a good chicken sandwich here:crunchy, juicy, etc but I just prefer another fast food place. I do, however, really love their grilled chicken. They have the best grilled chicken sandwich in my opinion.due to the chicken's flavorfulness. The service here is what I expect from a chikfila, but maybe just a little different since we're in Hawaii.... That southern Bible belt cheerfulness is missing and replaced with a more laid back sense of aloha. This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants that I've been in. I watched how meticulous they clean up after each person."

"Great food and amazing service if you haven't tried Chick Fil A yet its a must do. I've been to a few on the mainland and the Kapolei location is top notch. Real chicken, nuggets and Mac and cheese for my boy, and don't forget the polynesian sauce and the Frosted lemonade, kanak attack. Tell them Unko Braddah sent you."

"Chick-fil-A offers delicious all-white meat chicken with tasty waffle fries. The drive-thru has a unique setup where you provide your name, an attendant takes your order and payment. If paying with cash, flashing your hazards signals another attendant to handle the transaction. Finally, another team member delivers your food to your car."

"We tried the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Our first time at Chic fil a and it was better than we thought it would be. The Spicy chicken sandwich was as good as popyes but slightly different as it doesn't have the sauce on top, the spice is cooked into the chicken. Order it with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Walking in was definitely faster"

"Decided to check it out on the west side. Drive thru line was super busy even with 2 lanes. A team member was directing traffic which was good. Walked in to a line about 10 orders deep. Line moved relatively quick. It was after school rush, line was 20 deep by the time we placed our order for dine in and seated ourselves. Dining area had nice, ample space."
