Reviews
"Hey guys, this has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. The people who write positive reviews here or have been coming for a while probably don't know what authentic Italian dishes should look and taste like. Unfortunately, besides the spiciness of the pepper, you won't experience much flavor."
"We pay $50 for this! And I’m very disappointed with what I got, looked like someone put this in the fridge and just heat it after on the pan! The past had no taste, the shrimp needed to cook more, no toppings like parmesan on top of gnocchi or garlic on top of the shrimp scampi like in the photos. Tiramisu was okay but doesn’t worth $10."
"I bought gnocchi bolognese, carbonara and panna cotta. Carbonara was firmly al dente, and pancetta was a good accent. The gnocchi was a little spicy and has a volume. Everything was very delicious. Panna cotta was also amazing."
"A little disappointed. After reading previous reviews, I thought this place would be great. The carbonara was far too salty to enjoy (couldn't finish it) and it was rigatoni rather than spaghetti - not necessarily a huge issue, just not what I was expecting after seeing previous photos. Pasta was also a little too hard, harder than it should be for al dente."
"The food truck is actually parked on Kealohilani Ave where they have some standing tables and new large mural and the Double Fat Ice Cream shack with a little of it's own sitting. The food is good and a little cheaper than other options in this expensive area. The portions aren't so large you will feel bloated from all the gluten. If you're hungry you can get some cheesy bread or get another course in the neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful in helping me find the truck."
