OH MY GRILL - Aiea 7, Aiea, HI 96701

"Placed a phone order for "chili CHEESE fries" and a BLT. I received chili fries and an iced milk tea. Then when we tried to take it back to get the BLT they gave us a hard time saying that we did not order a BLT. They took the drink back and did not discard it, instead the employee says "oh someone here will drink it" so hopefully that's the case and they don't serve it to another customer. Next, I asked for more cheese because there was none on my fries. This is the tiny little container they gave me, see attached photo. The whole process was made worse by the employee that took my order, when asked for a manager and she said oh we don't have a manager here. Then when asked her name she said you don't need that information. According to another employee it is CHERRY/SHERRY. She had the worse attitude the whole time like it was my fault she did not understand me and did not confirm my order. This was the WORST experience I've ever had. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"Cherie made a mistake on my daughters order over the phone. Chili Cheese fries and BLT sandwich. When I came to pick up and pay for order Cherie handed me the order. I brought my daughter the order and she said this is not what I ordered. I did not ask for milk tea, I ordered a BLT and a Chili CHEESE fries, however it was only Chili fries. I went back to OH My Grill and spoke to the girl that assisted me the 1st time (Cherie) and I ask her name which she refused to give me. I handed her the drink and asked her what will she do with it, her response was someone here will drink it, I can't give it to you. Which I never asked for. She then went on to say she never got an order for Chili cheese fries and BLT sandwich. It's funny because when 1st got there and I said I'm picking up an order she asked for the phone number ,which I gave her and she pulled up my daughters number and order. I came back asked her to correct the order which was a BLT sandwich not a Milk Tea. She then went on to say well Milk Tea and BLT sound the same. My response was they both end with T. I was not at all appreciating her snarky remarks and rudeness. I asked for a manager and she said we don't have one. Who do I call about this situation and she said no one and walked away. I asked for her name which she never gave me. One couple walked out as they heard the conversation and said we're not eating here that girl is mean and has bad customer service. Another person came to bring me the BLT sandwich and cheese for the chili fries that had no cheese on it and I asked him for the girls name which he said was Cherie. I hope nobody else ever has to deal with a bad personality like this. She put the R in rude!! It astonished me when she said someone here will drink the Milk tea drink that I returned. I said that is not okay to say to me. Hope she dumped it instead, that would be the right thing to do."

"Listen, I DO NOT write reviews, but this restaurant is amazing. The staff are friendly, the food is great and you get your moneys worth and then some. Chicken Katsu and Curry chicken Katsu are my favorite and I seriously eat here AT LEAST once a week. It’s a cute little dining place with great music and an upbeat atmosphere. I don’t typically eat in but when I do it’s with friends and fun! There is one staff member in particular who goes above and beyond and is the BIGGEST freaking sweet heart. Being someone who was raised in the south I really appreciate her hospitality. Her name is Kama and she is wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"Heard about this place from one of the television stations, so I gave it a try! The prices were not bad. They had more than enough dishes I wanted to try, and my first one was the garlic chicken. The sauce wasn't just on the top, but all inside the meat. It was very delicious! Being that there were only a handful of customers dining in, I was especially cold. Fortunately, I had my jacket with me, and as I started eating, I didn't think much about the cold. Had to try their fried ice cream as well. It is very presentable and very delicious as well. I'll be going back there soon again, most definitely!"
