"Kai and his team take care of my parts when being ordered. Two of my guys from my car club now work here. Kai is the only one that's pretty familiar with my cars but one complaint... I get that you guys are super slammed but have someone answer the phones! Lol. One of their mechanics installed some tires on the brand new rims I ordered before but they were backwards. Eventually they fixed the issue after I called them about it. The labor maybe kinda of expensive in my opinion but Kai can pretty much order anything for you if it's in stock in the mainland. Give them a shot. There's not too many reputable import shops left on the island."
