"I ordered bruschetta. It literally was just 5 pieces of bread with arugula, tomato, olive oil, and balsamic vinaigrette. I was unaware that they didn't put any mozzarella much less if they even use mozzarella at all on the bruschetta. For the price of $14 dollars for five pieces of bread, I could have easily paid another establishment for a bigger, heartier salad."

"I ordered a pesto pizza and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I'm fine with a wait if the food earns it, but after 30 minutes I asked for an update, and found that they had forgotten my order completely. I saw them make it using Kirkland brand pesto and a pre-cooked dough, which made the final product look like school cafeteria food. The $15 price tag, 40 minute wait, and low quality product made the experience memorably disappointing, and sharing it for others to see seemed like the only way to get something positive out of this."
