"Great experience with delicious food. The shrimps themselves taste similar to boiling crab or like any of those Louisiana style flavors. But it's delicious! I would recommend these to anyone that likes shrimps. Also get the hot sauce on the side. It's not that spicy."

"Giovanni's Shrimp Truck is a must-go place on Oahu. Whenever I visit the island, I have to come here for a shrimp plate. This time, I was with a friend with shrimp allergy. So, we ordered Scampi Hot Dog. Not knowing the sauce came from soaking the shrimps. He had mild allergic reaction in his throat. Thank goodness. I wish they would note that on the menu as everything has shrimps."

"The food was good and good amount of shrimp. I got two different plates from them and would say that the scampi plate is there top plate. The hot and spicy plates isn’t that good just taste like eating shrimp in paper seasoning if that’s what you like go for it. The seating here is somewhat hard to come by when they are busy. I would say have someone order well another gets you a spot to eat. I would also recommend trying out Jenny’s shrimp just down the way. Then you can be the judge about both trucks."
