"Lisa was our server and she made the experience there absolutely amazing. She deserves to be recognized as she was super attentive to everyone in our group including the children. We left our lunch super happy and shocked it was one of the best experiences we have had eating at a restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh."

"Why does Chili's keep getting rid of the best menu items? I don't even enjoy coming much anymore. Its such a bummer. Then awards system is down, so can't even use your rewards. Ugh. Prices up, menu cut and now they barely serve you what they used to. Why do I have to ask for salsa for a fajita trio?! Why so I need to ask for the check 3x?! Mediocrity at its best. Time to find better restaurants to visit."

"This location always has amazing food and service. Every time my family and I have come here we always leave as happy customers. It is a bit chilly in there though, so you may want to bring a jacket. This evening, we enjoyed chicken crispers (the Honey Chipotle flavor is my absolute favorite), sliders, and a burger, along with the bottomless chips and salsa and some egg rolls. Everything came out great. Our server Lei'irieana was fantastic. She was very courteous and polite and even went out of her way to pack us some chips and salsa to go. All together it was a great experience; this location never fails."

"My buddy and I came here for Veterans Day. We immediately got sat down and ordered our drinks. We got free Strawberry Lemonade refills and our burgers were absolutely delicious. The food was presentable, warm, and very well cooked. Best of all, the food was free! I had a blast."

"We’re not a big fan of franchise restaurants but Chili’s is always the one place we look forward to. The host who seated us told us that we could sit in the restaurant area. We said we wanted to be in the bar area so we could watch tv. She then walked us to the last booth closer to the kitchen and said “is this okay”? We said “no” and requested a table where we could see the tv and have less traffic walking by. After we were seated our server came to our table and placed a digital menu on the table, when she came back and asked if we were ready to order, we asked for a regular menu. It seems like Chili’s is now more focused on digital service…the menus, points reward, payment, etc. In the end, the food was mediocre but fortunately we were famished so everything was eaten quickly and we paid and left. We look at Chili’s as a higher end fast food restaurant and therefore weren’t expecting to be wowed but we were expecting a decent experience like on all of our previous Chili’s experiences. First impressions are important and it only takes a few seconds to make a customer feel special."
