Jack in the Box

"I normally come here around the evening time because the food is pretty decent. The service on the other hand is lackluster at best but I take what I can get, however, NEVER GO HERE DURING THE LATE NIGHT. I made the mistake of attempting their drive through a few different late nights and early mornings. A few times they said that their “computers were down” and it would be a 15-30 minute wait and that I could wait in the parking lot if I wished. Do yourself a service and don’t wait because even if you do manage to be serviced, it will be the worst possible service of your life. If you really need food during a late night or early morning, go to the nearby McDonald’s instead for faster and far friendlier service. If you really need to scratch that jack in the box craving, go during an evening time and hope that you get the crew members that don’t actively shun you (just grumble under their breath)."

"I always get the spam breakfast croissant and the last 3!!! Times it hasn't had cheese even though it has cheese on it in the app. Update: ordered a bacon ultimate cheese burger and did not receive bacon."

"The counter employees and those who serve the drive thru are some of the best of late night fast food in Wahiawa. The wait is substantially less than the competition. These folks are nice. They present the Jack n the Box food as it was intended."

"We pick up Jack in the box once in awhile. Usually if something new comes out. We just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat since i was going home from Rehab. My Husband got the regular menu item, the Homestyle Chicken Sandwich meal. He likes it. Said its tasty and the chicken is moist. I never tried the Cluck chicken sandwich so I decided to give it a try. I really wanted to try the New Red Bull Infusions. I do have a Red Bull once in awhile so I decided to try the “Berry Purple Daze” Red Bull Infusion with Red Bull energy. It was really good. Sweet and Tangy. Tasty. I would get it again - i just wished it wasn’t only one size. Seemed like small to me. The Cluck Chicken Sandwich was pretty good. I would get it again if i wanted something quick to eat. The bun was soft, decent chicken patty seasoned pretty well, got it with my usual onion rings.The onion rings i like here but its a hit or miss depending on the employees. Speaking of employees that varies too. You get nice ones and ones that should get another job somewhere else - with no customer service. My Biggest gripe is Jack in the Box Wahiawa makes the most mistakes in all the fast food joints I’ve been to (and there’s alot) including forgetting to give you food you pay for but they make sure to charge you the 25 cents for sauce!!! Unacceptable and Ridiculous!!! Especially after you find out its messed up when you get home!!! Anyway, the BBQ sauce is my favorite here but don’t charge me if you mess up!! Three stars because of this reason. Hopefully i can change the rating in the future. Came back a few days later to try the other Red Bull Infusion. “Strawberry Red Daze” Red Bull Infusion with Red Bull Energy. Wasn’t as good as the Berry Purple Daze in my opinion, but it was ok.
