"Went to this location for my brake appointment @ 0845. I did not leave the establishment until 1451. All I got was the front 2 brakes replaced and a brake line flush. Why does that take 6 hours?! Wasted an entire day for something that should’ve been done in less than 3. I will NEVER go back to this Firestone."

"Showed up at our appointment time for a routine, 15 min max safety inspection and proceeded to wait an entire hour. Checked with the front desk to see if they had an ETA on completion and were told they’ve been “trying to login”. Older mechanic with glasses was incredibly unprofessional and acted like we were bothering him. Would not recommend going to this establishment. The auto skills center is right down the road, and is significantly better."

"At this Firestone location, the associate Victoria helped ensure I was taken care of and assured me they could handle the matter quickly. As it worked out, I was able to get same day service within a few hours. Without that, my car would have been undrivable. 10/10 service, would come here again! Backstory prior to arriving at Firestone: I had just shipped my car to the island and the valve stem was cracked on one of my tires upon receiving my car from IAL who wouldn't pay me for those damages or scratches through to the primer on my vehicle. I had to prop the cracked valve stem to one side with a rock so I could even drive away, and it was still leaking even then. No repair shops in the area were answering their phones, and the one that did wasn't able to schedule me in. For a simple repair like a valve stem, I was surprised how hard it was to find a repair shop to handle it. I'm just glad this Firestone location was receptive and friendly with customer service in mind."

"I’ve had an amazing experience here before, but I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9 this morning and I’ve been waiting for two hours already. They initially told me about an hour estimate and my car proceeded to sit in the lot where I parked it for an hour before they even brought it back. I went back to check on the time estimate after an hour and a half and the oil hadn’t even been put in yet. It’s rolling up on 3 hours, multiple people who came after me have had their services done and left. I just wish I knew that making an appointment was basically useless. They get the job done, but if you do come here, I wouldn’t make any other plans for the day. Kind of annoyed because I use this time for school before picking up my kids. But as someone who’s worked in all kinds of customer service, I want to be understanding."

"Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Appointment took almost 3 hours. To be fair the service rep (Victoria, who deserves 5 stars) stated at check-in that they were short handed due to a couple call outs and it may be 2 to 3 hours, it was. 2 and a bit before it was moved to the service bay and about 40 min for the work (trying to track down a slow leak in one tire added about 15 min, unfortunately the leak was not found). Work performed was good (Firestone standard) but the service tech didn’t check on the leaky tire until I personally mentioned it as she was threading the lug nuts on after rotating the tires, I always monitor the work if possible) and forgot to reset the ‘maintenance due’ light (service rep Victoria courteously reset it for me. Not horrible BUT not as good as usual."
