"Horrible. Do not call or use. Owner, David, had to be chased down to order a part then had to be chased down to take payment. Wasn’t able to take payment over the phone cause he was driving. Then calls back at 7pm to take payment while my wife and I were at a friends house for dinner with our 2 children. I missed the call and he refused to take the payment info the next day. He then began to call me names and yell at me for not answering my phone. He said that I must not care about my family. ZERO ALOHA. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS"
"Called to schedule an appointment and the person answering the phone started to yell at me about my wife calling him. I said sorry but my wife has never called you, You must have me confused with some one else. I said I just need to schedule a repair and yelled at me and said “well your going to get the same answer as everyone else, I’m not looking at it till after the holidays”. The most unprofessional encounter I’ve ever had with a business or employee. Samson Appliance clearly doesn’t need Or want my business."
