"Horrible experience with this place and the crew members! Used my card to reserve a truck. Flew in from Arkansas, got to this location an hour early and they already rented my reserved truck to someone else. Left me and my four year old grandson STRANDED on a holiday in the middle of las Vegas at 10:00 at night. Made no attempt to find solution. After having to rent a very pricey hotel, woke up the next morning with notification on my phone that they charged my card $100!!! Then said it would be 7-10 days before i could get it back!! I was LIVID!! Way to go PENSKE! That's the last time that word will EVER come from my mouth!"

"I rented a rug cleaner because of a sick dog at home. The unit worked well except on the heaviest stains, so I recommend a stain remover purchase along with the rug cleaning solution. I went over the high traffic areas about 4-6 times and the carpet looks like new. The clerk was friendly and helpful, on both receiving & returning of equipment. The 1/2 gallon jug of cleaner was enough to clean 3 bedrooms and Hallway 3-4 times and there is at least 1/3 left in the bottle. The rug cleaner was $48 24hrs., and solution was $25 for the half gallon. I would definitely recommend using it to clean up animal messes or just high traffic areas. We do not enter our house with shoes, but the dogs sure bring in dirt on their paws."

"Had to rent a big work truck, 26 ft, from the back of a Home Depot. It always takes time, people ahead of you, other guy is on break, etc. Just bring plenty of time. It all worked out though. I got the truck, tank full, front was clean, and after walk-around and disclaimers I slowly got going. The brakes needed a lot of pressure applied, but this really was a serious truck to drive. 6 speed automatic, we rented it one way across the country. So far it's proven reliable."
