"Brian Thomas did my tattoo and he did an incredible job. He is extremely detailed and professional. My tattoo came out better than I imagined. It was also finished quicker than I thought it would be, which wasn't really that important, but just noting he didn't waste time. The shop is extremely clean and comfortable if someone is there with you. I can't say enough about the quality of the entire experience. I will definitely be back."

"I got a tattoo while on a trip out to Lake Tahoe about 3 weeks ago and I got a cross. Clay was so kind but unfortunately the right arm of the cross is barely there, the left arm is faded and the main line of the cross is also slightly faded. I spoke with their manager Brian, to ask for a partial refund since I’m going to have to pay to have this done again where I live and he said no. Disappointing. I offered to send in a photo. I have had tattoos before and haven’t had this issue before so disappointed I wasted $120 plus tip here. I wouldn’t recommend going here."
