For about 5 years, my husband had been trying out places and feeling a sense of settling for just getting hair off his shoulders. Contacted Jessica and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Provided the covid protocols before arrival which was really appreciated. Even provided directions and instructions to make sure he didn't have an issue finding the place. After the appointment, my husband called me and raved about the experience. Professional, kind and listened to what he wanted to get done. He never had a scalp massage and said the products Jessica used had a minty scent, leaving his scalp feeling refreshed and cool.
