"After years of hassle-free, easy haircuts with two different stylists in Los Angeles, we moved here and I gave Elliot and company a try for the past year. Not once were they on time to see me for my haircut appointment. I even had to turn around and go home because someone more important needed a haircut or Elliott's dog was lost. When I came back there was no apology for wasting my time and no consideration for that. Not once did I have my haircut here without some sort of hassle and back and forth with the communication, which I've never had in the past. I received an odd call after booking my most recent appointment, we're the owner telling me he just doesn't think that we're a "good fit" because he has to spend too much time trying to get my hair the way I want it and supposedly comped several haircuts because he was late for other people. That's pretty funny because he's been consistently late for my haircuts, sometimes up to half an hour of me sitting there. And no one's comped me a thing. Anyway, I took his advice and went to a different shop and today had a much better haircut experience, in and out in 30 minutes with a fantastic cut the very first time, and no bizarre ego or confusing communication back and forth."
