"Mr. Collier. I was informed about this today when I went in for my haircut. I have a been a bi-weekly customer at this barbershop for the past 6yrs and I have a great report with all of the barbers and the owner. First off let me apologize to you and the owner as I was the one who answered the phone in a joking manner. My actions gave you the wrong impression and I presented this establishment in a negative manner. I didn't know you were hung up on. I can assure you that they are good people and great barber's , so this is what I am willing to do if you ever read this review again. I will pay for your haircut since I cost this business money and then you can let them know I said I would pay for it and they can call me when you make your appointment.
