"Heavy Duty tow needed, called a day in advance to schedule due to craziness in the area, and I had a tow secured for today at 11. Said they had a law enforcement issue to handle first (understandable) but at 4 it still wasn't picked up. Called to get a update on when it would be picked up, and she snapped and told me to find another company to assist. Extremely rude way to treat a paying OTR Truck Company."

They connected me to Capital Towing and the very nice gentleman was upfront about pricing and was also able to help me troubleshoot my issue over the phone!
