"I transferred from my previous agent to Milissa Kelley. I can’t say enough how fortunate they are to have Elsa and Irwin as an asset! They both constantly go out of their way to make sure you’re well taken care of. I was walked step by step after I had to file an insurance claim after an accident and Elsa constantly remained in communication with us regarding our claim. I can’t say that I’ve had any other insurance provider who has done that in the past for me. If you’re looking for great customer service, please bring all your insurance needs and questions to Elsa!"
"We have five vehicles insured with this agent. We gave her our business because the previous agent was terrible. Now, it seems the staff is having problems getting customers phone messages. I was in UC Davis Hospital a few weeks ago and found my checking account had been hacked. The first thing I did was call my autopays. Allstate was one. I also emailed them to take another card number. The woman told me not to worry and make the payment when I got home. The first thing I did was call them to make the payment. I finally got a call back and was told by a male rep that they require the current payment and the next month....just to be sure!? We have never been late or filed a claim. I asked to speak to Melissa directly. She did call back and I missed her call. However knowing I just had surgery, wouldn't you ask if you would like to send an email. Follow through with the staff is impossible. Getting break downs for each car is totally inaccurate. And, for the phone situation, it is very frustrating. It seems that an agent that had 5 vehicles to insure and make a commission on, would be a little more attentive to her customers. Time to look for someone that believes in their customers and knows situations do happen."

Been a customer for maybe a month and my plan is being canceled I was not informed of any information and I for the first time in my life had a bad accident and totaled my car and this has been unbelievable tragedy but also grateful that I walked away I shouldn't be alive and now I'm dealing with the repercussions of poor communication and beyond describable horrific customer service. I specifically got with this company and talk to these people about why I wanted a person that was local and I'm regretting thinking that it would be a better if anything happens."
