"I wish there was 10 stars to give. To say Jackie was amazing is an understatement of the year. This may seem overly dramatic, however if you have a child with severe autism, you understand how hard, and emotionally draining a haircut is. My son is almost 8 and up until yesterday’s haircut with Jackie and a normal haircut involved gut, wrenching screams, hitting and a full day of emotional recovery for him. When we walked in, we assumed it would go the same. Jackie, came over said hello and it started. However instead of being worried about her time and rushing to finish the haircut she sat and just talked to him for a few minutes. Once he was calm she showed him their kids room. While he was playing in there we decided to just go with the flow and Jackie just cut as slow as he needed and where ever he went to feel more comfortable. I did explain ahead of our appointment my son’s needs so we planned for extra time, and she even went beyond that to make sure he had an amazing experience. Not only was this the first haircut where we didn’t need to hold him, there were no melt downs and no recovery afterward! All of this because she took the time to see what he needed and was so patient with him. 10000000% recommend to anyone but especially those with loved ones with special needs. The salon it self was fun! The other ladies were nice and welcoming, great interactions with their clients. Well decorated. Not your typical boring salon!!"

"Jess was great! We’ve been looking for someone to cut my 2 year olds hair for a while now. I couldn’t find someone who did kids/toddler hair anywhere. I’ve tried doing it at home and it was like wrangling a cat. Jess somehow got this kid to stay put and get through a haircut so seamlessly. She’s amazing!"
