"I showed up on time for my appointment and they told me they would be 45 minutes late. So I left and they told me I wouldn’t be charged a cancellation fee! Geez thanks! What gems! I drive 30 minutes each way to get a service and they are late and I won’t be charged a fee cause I could t wait. I came again on Saturday with my daughter to have her hair done and the same 30 minute wait. Show up on time for an 8:30 appointment and around 9:00 we were seen. Won’t come back for a third time!"
"They have no respect for your time. Made an app for 3:00 PM. Arrived there on time and it seemed like the stylist I specifically requested had just started working on someone else. I had a nail appointment after and would have missed that if I had stayed so they told me to come back at 4:40. Came back at promised time and same story. They had only 2 stylists working and mine just took his customer back to wash her hair. I asked them why did you even asked me to come back at 4:40 if you really did not have enough staff?! He says I don’t know! Poor customer service. What is the point of making appointment if you can’t keep it for the customer?!! Very disappointed and I am a regular customer"
"Hair turned out good, but i won't be returning. It was a slow evening there, and the customer service was just okay. Just kinda quiet, and the two working didn't seem to want to be there. Which is fine for me, im not chatty. But the main reason im not going to go back is because of how messy and dirty the salon was. There was hair all over the floor, on the seat i was shown to sit at, on the counter where their tools were. Also, i could see the metal clips they used for my hair were all rusty...."
"Would give ZERO stars if possible. Arrived 10 mins before my 8:30am appointment today 8/23 to find 2 stylists working and no receptionist. I was not acknowledged. At 8:40 I approached 1 stylist to ask when I was going to be seen for my appointment, and her reply was, “there are only 2 of us so we will get to you when we can.” Unacceptable."
