"Purchased countertops through IKEA, who uses JDS Surfaces. BLUF: The final product is gorgeous, but the journey getting there was extremely painful. The ONLY person with whom we worked that treated us respectfully was Jose, the owner. Everyone else, especially the receptionist, was rude and/or disrespectful. The receptionist wouldn't even acknowledge me when I visited the showroom. Her phone etiquette needs a lot of work. The installers made messes in the kitchen when getting ready to install the countertops. They finally cleaned them up, but only after having an attitude and almost breaking our oven. Eventually, they cleaned up before they left. But dealing with them, communicating with them, getting an attitude when trying to work with them...extremely frustrating. Again, beautiful final product. But if dealing with anyone other than Jose, good luck."

"JDS just removed my old kitchen island and built a new larger single level Island. We also had new quartz countertops installed and a new backsplash installed. They also had to move plumbing and electrical. Ozzie and Ryan are very good to work with. All construction has issues and they were very good at getting things right."

"We bought our kitchen counters at ikea and JDS is the local installer. They did a FANTASTIC job. I was a little hesitant when they came to template and were measuring by hand (previous kitchen they did laser measurements with CNC cuts), but when they came on site, they did final cuts by hand for a perfect fit! They installers were very friendly and let the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. I’d highly recommend JDS for future work. I’m keeping them in mind for our bathroom renovations."
