"I overheated and broke a bit off in my 5262. When I was dropping it off, Ray said it may take 1-2 weeks and cost up to $140. It took him 10 minutes and he didn’t even charge me. I’m not saying this because you can get your out of warranty repairs for free here, which I won’t bank on, but obviously they really care about taking care of their customers. I appreciate you, Ray. You made my day, bud."

"I ended up in the service store after finding out I cant use the eservice warranty program and had visit the actual repair/warranty center. I was greeted by Tristan. What a pleasant individual to work with to resolve my pesky flashlight warranty concern. I left with 2 new units and was happy I ended up driving to the store. The warranty is great, but if it wasn't for Tristan I would not be giving 5 stars do to the limited hours of business. Good guy to have at the counter."
