"This place has the best chili oil in town. They use for the spicy wonton, spicy beef shank, and steamed chicken with chili oil. The sauce is so good, usually order it to go since it is served cold and I prefer to eat mine hot."

"My husband and I managed to be seated right away on a Saturday at lunchtime, which was great. I've been to the 1st location on Ft Apache quite a few times and loved it. I'm relieved that the new location is close by and that the food and service are the same. The brisket beef soup (C3) is delicious, and the sweet and sour cucumbers are a great side/appetizer, especially for spicy dishes. I appreciate that the new location is in a less hectic shopping plaza with a lot more parking available."

"Went to the new location on Rainbow. Ordered an onion pancake appetizer, a house special chow mein and a hand pulled noodle and beef brisket soup. I enjoyed the food, but it was on the salty side. Also, the portions were on the smaller side too. I've been to all of the hand pulled noodle places in Vegas so I can provide a truly accurate comparison. Service was good. Restaurant size was on the smaller side. Maybe there were 12 tables which I can see becoming a waiting line to get in. The noodle cooks were in a glass enclosure so you can witness them making the noodles fresh. Now a days, no one cares about watching the cooks make the noodles. I think most people have see this already given the number of hand pulled noodle Restaurants on the area. My rating maybe a little harsh, but I probably won't come back as there are so many options out there and the hype is overblown."

"This is a great spot for some fresh noodles. The appetizer are really good I love the burrito it was meaty with a hint of some spices and the spicy wontons were little bites of deliciousness. The soup had deep and rich flavors that make your body feel refreshed and the noodles were bouncy and chewy."
