"Hours online do not match the posting on the establishment- Online: 11-8 Establishment: 10-8 •I have been waiting outside this establishment for about 20 minutes and the time is currently 11:06. The front doors are locked • No one picks up the phone number listed on the door for contact information • No one picks up the number that you "click to call" from online I was really looking forward to getting my Nails done after looking at their reviews online and on FB. It is a shame that they do not run their business professionally. I was drawn to their name as well, needless to say, there is exponential room for improvement. I will not recommend this salon to anyone."

"If i could give it no stars i would. I have never in my life had a worse experiece at a nail salon. I was beyond upset. First off when i came in i asked for French tip and they didnt have the pink clear that most nail salons use so i had to choose something else. The woman who did my pedicure DID NOT even cut down my toe nails or do the cuticles or sides or any of that stuff. She could not even paint my toes at all she put polish on and took it off 4x. Then after her trying so many times i finally just said ill go home and paint them myself. I proceeded to sit in the waiting area for my moms pedicure to finish as i was treating her for her birthday. Then the lady who was doing my moms toes talked me into something i didnt even want done....but the worst part was i paid 80 for 2 pedicure and i didnt even get one. In my opinion and if i was the owner she could have charged HALF for mine as i didnt get anything that I WANTED OR ASKED FOR. NOT EVEN A APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OF WAITING FOR ABSOLUTLY NOTHING. But my mom ended up writing her and she told my mother i could come back for a free polish....are you kidding me? Why would i want to go back? It was completly wrong for her to charge for my "pedicure" let alone full price. And i did leave a 10$ tip bc my mom was satisified with her toes but she felt so bad about my experiece. And for anyone who wants to know i have NEVER in my life written a bad review about any place."
