"One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a hair service. I asked for full highlights and he overruled want I came in for and Bleached my hair! My edges look awful. I didn’t want my hair to be processed like that at all. Meanwhile service was not great either. While washing my hair there was water splashing me, his table kept knocking into me. Just overall a disappointing experience which is unfortunate because I was looking forward to finding a new stylist in a new city. The saving grace was no charge even though I already pre-paid for FULL HIGHLIGHTS via groupon."
