"I Went to that location @ 8:40 pm. I know they close @9 pm. I was hoping for a quick trim. The lady was so rude. She didn’t want to see me and kept saying the lame excuse oh we already cleaned and ready to close. The store sign clearly says closes at 9 PM. Avoid this location"

"My stylist Rhonda P was excellent! Best experience I have ever had at Great Clips. Not only did she listen to what I wanted, but also made suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. My haircut came out looking great! She also gave me tips on how to keep my hair healthy and looking great at home. Rhonda was sweet, professional, and took her time. I will definitely be going back and asking for Rhonda."

"This is the 3rd time I have been at the Green Valley Store. The owner actually cut my hair each time. And did a good job. I understand that if you want a certain person, you might have to wait. But she told me to call before I came to make sure she was there. Which I did. Then checked in online as well. I waited for an hour, with no other clients in the shop. What she didn’t tell me was that she was training someone, and doing a lot of multi-tasking. Had she told me this, I would have deferred to coming another time. In the end, it wasn’t the wait so much as it was her attitude. Arrogant, unapologetic on any level and short/impatient with me when talking about how to cut my hair. She acts like she is doing you a favor to cut your hair. This is why these type of salons have such a bad reputation. They aren’t invested in the process or anyone who walks through the door. And she is the manager! Guess she isn’t incentivized enough to be polite, patient and gracious. I wouldn’t come back here. Ever. Can’t imagine having to work for someone like her."

"I'm a very shy and reserved person so I was unable to express how devastated I was in person at the time of the cut. I asked for my split ends to be trimmed and to be given a bang. The stylist cut only the back and bottom of my hair, he didn't touch any of my layers or the peices surrounding my face, so I still have split ends everywhere. He BUTCHERED the bang. I asked him if it looked uneven and he replied "I didn't even touch that part." without looking at it or fixing it for me. I cried the whole way home. I fixed it up the best I could. I got a better result on my own with my kitchen shears and no training. I'm extremely upset I paid someone to mess me up. I'm even more bewildered he let me leave the salon like this."
