"THIS IS STRICTLY FOR THE HENDERSON LOCATION NEXT TO TRADER JOES I love the fact that the beauty supply has a lot of things for me to choose from HOWEVER the customer service SUCKS when you walk in happy it’s like your mood instantly goes down. Nobody speaks to you when you walk in they are all just standing at the front watching the cameras. And it sucks because if you black they watch you harder and they are OUR PEOPLE lol…but anyways I get it people come in boosting and what not but not every customer should be treated as if they are going to steal. If I was the owner of this location I would hire more fun energetic welcoming people, while still making sure the merchandise is being protected I have worked at a beauty supply for years and have been to many and have never experienced customer service like this other than from the “other” people I’ll continue to come here and continue to TRY and be polite and uplifting every time I come in but boy if you are a happy person the vibe brings you down instantly when you walk in. I’m not bashing the company what so ever I do wish them well and many many sales just better customer service."

"This place will blow your mind. This is the store to go to if you need anything I mean anything for your hair. Wow!!!! They even have hair things and hair pieces for kids. They carry a hair brand for kids. I cam not believe this place. They are friendly and great customer service. Wow"

"This review is strictly for the Henderson location, next to Trader Joe’s. Went on Sunday afternoon and store was empty except for owners. After reading some reviews, I was expecting a different experience. To my delight, the owner lady was “very” nice, courteous and respectful. She got on her knees, searching aisles and brands to find my exact color. I saw the $5.00 charge sign to try on 3 wigs but if you purchase it is refunded by deducting from your wig total price. The store is clean, well organized with clear prices. Not sure what others have experienced but I got great customer service."

"I bought a wig & a few accessories there today, but had read all the reviews 1st, so I went in prepared for anything. However, I have to say was pleasantly surprised w/my experience. Arieon (hope I got her name correct), a young black female, was very pleasant & informative, answering all my questions (1st wig ever) & although I had a general though on what I wanted, I knew nothing about wigs, so she was a great help & I left satisfied w/o spending a fortune."
