"My guy reserved a U-Haul here. Apparently it’s a catch all business(20 business’ in one lil building. He went in alone initially and was greeted by the woman in the video. He came out about 15 seconds later visually upset. Apparently the woman had greeted him with an attitude, and then doubled down on that by being short, cutting him off, and essentially dismissed him because he chose the mobile option and DARED ask her questions about the reservation. She “couldn’t help him” apparently. Although she COULD access the reservation. So we went thru the Mobile process and ran into a snag. It was asking for additional information, but it wouldn’t accept the information. It seemed like a glitch on U-Haul’s end. So my friend went back inside to ask for assistance because apparently she WAS able to pull up the reservation in her computer beforehand(which means she has access. Tf?!) And once again she was rude to him for no reason, and said again that she” could not do anything for him”. At this point, I’M irritated because A. You’re being rude to my guy, and B. How can you possibly be a certified dealer and tell me that you have zero access to a reservation in your system. You can’t tell me that you can’t modify that reservation. That is when i go in filming. And as you can see the proof is in the pudding….Oan, by the way, the moment i walked out she canceled the reservation because we could no longer find it, once again confirming that she HAD ACCESS! The nerve man. This is how you choose to represent your business. This is what people walk into when they walk into your establishment. I THANK HER for canceling the reservation because you didn’t deserve our business. If you’re thinking of going here don’t!!! Go to the one on FREMONT. It’s an official U-HAUL store, and they know REALLY know what they’re doing over."
