"Short Version: Bought 2 brand new cars within a short time. 1st oil change on the Ridgeline, they left the drain p[lug loose. Other problems were never fixed. Eventually, I just got rid of the Ridgeline. They just sold me a $600 service on a Pilot with just over 8,000 miles on it. I took the advice and had it done, only to find a screwdriver left on part of the car. The service Manager has not responded to my calls or emails on this one. I don't trust them OR Honda any more, and will not go back to ANY of the dealers owned by BP. You have been warned, go somewhere else."
