"“This place is very clean and the staff are super nice. We have never had to wait long at all. You don’t feel judgement here which is very important! Definitely recommend this place!” A year ago I said this, however, now I change my review. A particular staff member showed true colors yesterday when she made comments to a minor in front of others that was quite embarrassing (a conversation that is meant to be in private, was said in front of others)…. Update: 03/06/2024 Management listened to our concerns and dealt with previous issue. I would recommend Bella going forward. I leave this a four star review because of the incident with the staff member."
"I don’t know I’ve been coming here for 3 years . Lol but today the energy was off from the girl who took my pictures , to the lady in the office with the attitude. The Head Orthodontist doctor she was rude too. Lol I guess it’s slightly my fault for not coming in almost a year but customer service/ care should always be top priority. But the ladies in the receptionist area were nice and sweet. Also the girl who loves breakfast in the back part of the office that changed my bands was really sweet also."
