"I bought mascara & a lip oil. As I was waiting on the line to buy my items, I looked at my lip oil again and realized it was already opened. I quickly went back to hopefully find a closed one, luckily I found one left. Some parts of the store had broken makeup or used tissues on the shelves. He answered me with an attitude that he’s not the one doing that and go to the front cashier and asked. What kind of approached was that? I didn't asked if he was the Returnista at the return bar. But a straight up rude and doesn’t wanna be bother, in addition to the lack of comprehensive understanding of a subject question."
