"Unfortunately, I have medicaid right now and went to this place. The office staff was nice, but I scheduled for a standard examination and cleaning, the one I get to do once a year with this insurance. They tried to just look at one side of my mouth and got a little upset when I reminded them to do my whole mouth. The dentist came to explain the results and then told me they would not clean my teeth because I needed a deep clean which would cost me around $500. I don't have that much money for a teeth cleaning, if I did, I would probably be able to afford better insurance. She was also kind of rude throughout the interaction, which wouldn't even bother me much if they didn't deny half the reason for the visit and want to charge me $500 instead. The front office staff was very nice though."
