However, the staff here has been so kind, patient, and helpful in easing my anxiety. Front desk folks? Kind, and straight to the point. They got me checked in and out in no time and even helped me split up an appointment that would have costed way more had I done everything in one go. Dr. Bui? SO helpful in making sure I fully understand what procedure is being done on me and why. He was also super chill, but insanely focused on his work. It's hard not to feel like you're in safe hands. Vannessa? Super funny and just as informational as the rest of the staff. Told me exactly what she was going to do next on my teeth and why, and even helped me get my appointments set up before heading back up to the front desk at the end of my appointment. It also helps that this office supports online check-ins, so I feel prepared before every appointment. All in all, I'm definitely making sure I don't go so long without a cleaning ever again--especially with such a kind office to look forward to seeing."
