"This has been the worst dental experience I have ever had, do not go here unless you want to get overcharged. I have made multiple appointments for cleanings at this office to find out that once I had taken off work for the appointment, they didn't even have me scheduled for cleaning at all, only an "XRAY". Typically, the dentist will do this for new patients only and will still give you a cleaning immediately after. This practice, however, will schedule you for a "cleaning" and then tell you that you will have to come back for another appointment to get your teeth cleaned and that they don't have time that day. They don't notify you of this in advance, and they will still charge you out-of-pocket for anything that you have done. Because while they don't have time to give you the standard FREE cleaning with your insurance, they will have time to find any cavities and give you crowns that you will have to pay them directly for. This has happened to me not once but TWICE at this office, so when I decided to change dental offices, I came to find out that they actually charged my insurance for the standard cleaning that you are only allowed to do once every 6 months, EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER PERFORMED THE CLEANING. I feel cheated and lied to, and do not recommend anyone going here."

"As much as I hate to admit it, due to my fear of the dentist, I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 15 years. I had a tooth that was giving me SO MUCH PAIN that I had no other choice rather than to get it checked out. Christy sent me a text after I left a voicemail and was BEYOND helpful and booked me the next available appointment. When I arrived, she was just as sweet in person as she was via text. She constantly answered all of my questions via text and was so patient with me. Dr. Raiyn was such a nice guy and extremely professional. Explained everything that needed to happen and walked me through what needed to be done. Really made me feel at ease. I was not expecting that. Due to my neglect, the tooth wasn’t save-able and needed to be extracted. I was TERRIFIED. Kelsi, the assistant could tell I was worried and calmed my nerves and told me that she recently had to get a tooth extracted, and answered all of my questions, and was so nice! All in all, this place was amazing from start to now. I’m definitely not finished with the work I need done, but I will be coming regularly and keeping up on my dental hygiene knowing that I have a great place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"I am from out of town and found myself in a dental 'pickle' at 4:30 on the Friday night between Christmas and New Years. Despite the fact that their office was humming with patients at this late hour, Dr Raiyn and Christin took my in and solved my problem. They seemed to think this was no big deal and in fact it was a very big deal and I have no idea where I would have found help at the late time and during the Holiday weekend. They were gracious, kind, compassionate and generous with their time and skill. I am so very grateful. Thank you Dr Raiyn and Christin!"

"I came here after over 8 without seeing a dentist. I needed a looooooot of work. They handled it calmly and quickly. They made me feel like I mattered. Almost as if I was a good friend of theirs. I can not say enough good about Dr. Raiyn. He is beyond knoweldgable and makes you understand what is going on without being judgemental. The staff are so kind and have a ton of patience (especially with someone like me.... a terrified patient) . Christy has been there since my first visit and is beyond helpful for me, my boyfriend, and his friend. I absolutely adore this dental office. Honestly I have never even had this feeling before haha"

"The staff is always great! (nice, polite, and patient; no kidding). The doctor takes the time to make sure I know whats going on in my mouth and answers all my questions (I asked a lot because someone finally listens, yes listens, not just nods their head :). Dr Raiyn is a dentist who really cares. He told me I was brushing to hard. 1st time I was ever told that and I guess I've done it for years. Fortunately there's still some enamel left. My last dentist "found" all kinds of cavities with his new micro-glasses. That's when I left, after the last $1800 bill with no insurance. Since coming here (3 years now), I've only had 1 cavity. So no unnecessary drilling for dollars here. He even gives discounts to cash customers which really helped before I got insurance. If my insurance didn't list him, I'd honestly pay out of pocket knowing I wasn't having a bunch of fill in my teeth for nothing. Thanks again and welcome to Google+. UPDATE: 06 2016: I still go here every 6 months and have referred several employees who were also happy with his dental services. I recently got my 6 tooth bridge replaced that I had for 20 years (was originally given 10 year expectancy). I had a cavity brewing and we got the bridge out and the support tooth cleaned up before I needed a root canal (yeah, saved me more money). He kept on top of it over the years to ensure it was replaced when needed and not just because it was due. I paid extra to get the newer Zirconia bridge that contains no metals. Looks great. Good price as well. During the design process, he was very patient with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my new smile. And I am. Thanks again Doc!"
