"I scheduled a 1st time visit online and later received a text confirming a day and time of the appointment. Perfect. No issues. Received calls to confirm appointment with reminders to complete online profile w/ insurance prior to visit. Done prior to the appointment. On day of appointment the receptionist asked if I had questions about my insurance or verify anything. Routine visit so no I had no questions. Boy was I wrong not to ask anything. The hygienist and the dentist Elias Chambers were awesome. Both took time and care explaining the x-rays, findings, and cleaning. I requested a breakdown of out-of-pocket costs for Invisalign and other care. This is when things took a left turn. The receptionist came back to the room and asked if I wanted a full breakdown or a glance over then said I was a cash patient. Ummm...no ma'am I provided my insurance. I'm then asked to go to the front while they verify insurance. Shouldn't this have been done after receiving the online forms prior to calling me back to move forward with the x-rays and cleaning? Don't providers check insurance FIRST and if not accepted, they will tell you this prior to being serviced? Nope, not North Ranch Dental Care. I was then told my insurance is out of network and I had to pay cash. Because I loved the hygienist and dentist, I gave the 2 rating though it's actually a 2 1/2. The lack of the other 2 1/2 rating is for the reception area that should have verified the insurance prior to the service."

"We have had a wonderful experience with North Ranch Dental. Eddie (hygienist) has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease with treatments and my own personal struggles of shame from neglecting my oral health. I can not say enough good things about this man. He is kind, professional and always concerned about my comfort level. An angel in dental scrubs I tell you! The office staff and billing department have been so kind and most importantly, very clear on what my insurance would and would not cover and fully explained my treatment plan and costs. Not once have I left confused or blindsided by any costs. Additionally, they are patient and understanding of my needing to space out treatment for financial reasons. I never feel pressured or pushed to schedule the next appointment. This alone has alleviated much of my anxiousness about visiting the dentist! Something I value greatly and have struggled with in regards to other providers in the past. This will be a journey, getting where I need/want to be with my smile. I feel I am in the best hands possible with North RanchDental. If your looking for a new dentist office and people who care about your oral health and the journey, this is the place!"

"If I could have given 10 stars I would. Let me just say someone who suffer from anxiety this is the perfect spot. Very professional, kind, patient and understanding. Every department was a pleasant experience to doctors, front desk, and everyone in between. But Eduardo is the real MVP everything he done is done with care and very thorough. "I have been to 3 dental clinics since moving here last year and was terribly disappointed and frustrated in finding a good dentist. Finally, I tried Dr Chambers and am completely satisfied and that I have found an excellent dental clinic. Dr Chambers, his assistant and office staff are very kind, courteous and knowledgeable of my dental needs. He is very particular and made sure that my 2 crowns fit properly. They made every attempt to make sure my visits were comfortable. In the 60 plus years that I have going to dentist they are by far the best."
