"I made my appointment with their scheduling center and even emailed them a copy of my dental insurance card in advance. Despite arriving 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, they still didn't have any information on my insurance when I got there. The wait time isn't worth the level of service received; I wasn't called back until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. To make matters worse, what was supposed to be a simple exam and cleaning turned into an hour-long ordeal of confusion. I was informed only after being there that it was an exam-only appointment with x-rays. A hygienist came in to schedule a cleaning and barely spent two minutes looking at my gums before determining I needed a partial full cleaning, varnish fluoride treatment, and a specific toothpaste, without considering my history excellent oral health and pre-cautiously already using Prevident or Clinpro 5000 and an electronic toothbrush with a pressure sensor. At checkout, they still couldn't provide information on my insurance coverage, despite having over a week to obtain it. They blamed being "understaffed" for their mishap. I was told they would call me later to discuss insurance coverage and making a follow up appointment for a cleaning, adding further inconvenience to my experience. Overall, I'm deeply concerned about the lack of organization and attention to detail at this dental office. It seems they prioritize upselling unnecessary treatments over providing efficient and informed care. No one except the doctor introduced themselves to me--apart from him, I don't know who the other 4 people were that I encountered."

"I don’t recommend anyone to go there. They will rob you without giving proper care. I had my teeth filling there and went more than 5 time back and forth for the pain. They didn’t do anything. The so called doctors there don’t know how to fix. They refer me to the root canal specialist. She was in the rush and arguing with me about my concerns for the pain. She doesn’t want to listen to what I have to say. Absolutely horrible experience. Please do your research before going there. They will just take your hard earned money."

"Absolute dental is an amazing place to go. They will give you their feed back and still allow you to make your own decisions. I will always pick them as my dentist."

"As of this moment I'm not finished with my procedures but so far everything seems to be on track my only problem is once you have an appointment they never let you forget it either through emails or text messages or phone calls to the point where it gets aggravating. But that's just me."
