I ended up needing an extraction; which the dentist was thorough in explaining my options and was able to painlessly remove my tooth. "Worst experience in a dental office 1st you walk in and you do not even get acknowledged. I found the sign in sheet with everyone's personal info still on it, still not even a gesture from the two women behind the counter so I decide to have a seat. After 10 minutes one of the two women very rudely says I will need your cards to do anything. It just went downhill from there the dentist never introduced himself, the woman taking the x rays did not know how to use the machine she even cut me with the plastic thing that captures the x ray, oh and the best part I needed an interpreter because very little English is spoken by any of the staff. The woman that cleaned my teeth was so rough and she did not speak English so she could not even let me know what she needed."
