"The water from hygiene mouth rinses tasted bitter like sewer water. I know me teeth had deep areas. Which the hygienist try to convince me that the clean the equipment and uses extra filters on the equipment. So, I said others must complain about the am thing. She yeah, it makes st be the city water. As she continued examining my teeth which I knew that I had deep pockets and bleeding. Which she wanted to skip the normal cleaning that is covered thru my insurance and do just one side of my mouth. So I said, I want my routine cleaning and if she still wanted to doa deep cleaning I would okay with that. She said, I’ll just do the routine perio cleaning, because the insurance would not pay for both at the same time. I would not say the dental hygienist was rude, but maybe unprofessional and lacks experience. The over all office appears clean, but I just could not get that aweful taste out of my mouth. I had to come home and gargled with salt water and peroxide."

"I have been going to this dental office for 10 years and recently it was bought out by a new company Access Dental. I went in this week for my cleaning and routine dental visit. They did not inform me that they have change and it’s not covered by my insurance or out of network. The bill was $440 for cleaning and check up and $400 due to the patient. I’m annoyed and mad that they did this without my knowledge."

The front office staff, as well as the dental hygenist, were very personable, pleasant, and made me feel very comfortable. Speaking of comfort, while my teeth were being cleaned I had the option of receiving a neck pillow, watching television, and I was given glasses to ensure nothing got in my eyes. Everything about Pearly Whites is modern and professional, and I am certainly happy I chose them as my new dental clinic."
