"Derrick at the front desk was amazing! He was very attentive and sympathetic, my nurse that did my X-rays was amazing as well … we need more people like them . I was able to get seen the same day and have my wisdom tooth extracted. The dentist made sure I felt no pain I appreciate them all ."

"I wish I could give a zero I have had appointment scheduled for weeks called to even make sure I had all the paperwork I needed and was told I did and was all set to go was under the impression I would be getting my tooth pulled today . No I didn’t even get to see anybody my appointment was for 1:10 I arrived at 12:45 with all my paperwork and was still told I need a referral from my insurance but my insurance was the people that made the appointment for me . After sitting there and still trying to get my insurance referral it was about 5 people in and right back out was all under the impression that they would be seen and treated and wasn’t . The people that work there don’t even want to work there . The lady asked the receptionist if she was going to keep them and there’s nothing to do and there was 4 people in lobby hoping to receive help. Even the oral surgeon up and left . Horrible customer service. Horrible experience."

"The orthodontist here is a complete crook. My daughter was transferred from another location and he set her progress back with correcting her bite. He wasted time and appointments to give her bands she’s already had during treatment several months ago when she had already advance to tighter bands. It’s a scam to keep people in treatment longer for the money. Truly doesn’t care about correcting anyone’s smile. I’m honestly thinking about filing a lawsuit."

"The first time I visited Absolute Dental at this location, the young woman at the front desk was very rude, and seemed like she did not want to be there. She was very short, and did not greet me at at all except to say "Do you have an appointment?" This second visit at this location, I had a 1:30pm appointment. There was another patient in front of me, but no one acknowledged my presence or even stopped to see if they could help me. After patiently waiting for 5 minutes, I finally said "Can someone help me? I have an 1:30 appointment." The receptionist, or whatever her position was said rudely "Someone will be with you. You can have a seat." Then a young man came out and asked me for my name, and I gave it to him. Then he took out some papers, and I told him that I filled some out some papers last time and I'm only here for a cleaning. He said rudely "You will need to fill these out." Please be advised, if you come here. Perhaps this is just my experience, but there's a way you treat people. I was able to speak with someone about the behavior at the front desk and the lady was very understanding and kind. She assured me she would inform the manager and speak with her colleagues."
