"IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD!!!! THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY RUDE!!! SHE CANCELED MY APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME!!! SHE WAS VERY INCONSIDERATE!!! THEY ARE VERY RACIST!!! NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR COLORED PEOPLE!!!"

"My crown fell off so I went to have it cemented back on. My appointment was at 12:50, I arrived on time, filled out 5 minutes and paperwork and waited 35 minutes in the lobby. It wasn't until the head receptionist heard me call my wife to make sure my appointment time was correct that she had me escorted to the back room. When I got back the room, it was clean and the Dr. assistant was very nice. They examined my crown and "tooth" then took an Xray and cemented it back with temporary cement. The whole process was 5 minutes. I got up, walked to the receptionist to pay and was told $130.00, as I reached to pay the head receptionist that overheard me on the phone with my wife, once again over heard the price, leaned in and told them to bill for additional services ($142.00). I asked, what was they for and she said, "Teeth examination and X-ray". I said that only one tooth was examined and I knew at that point there was no point in arguing so, a tooth with no decay that needed just the crown cemented back, took 5 minutes and turned into $272.00. I'll let you be the judge of this."
