"I've generally had positive experiences during my past visits, but this time was an exception. While discussing my retainer issue, I encountered an uncomfortable situation when the assistance hair, due to its length, fell into my mouth during the examination. I would have appreciated a quick apology and prompt removal of the hair. In fact, I had to pick myself up and ensure her hair was removed before continuing with my concerns. I share this feedback with the hope of emphasizing the need for enhanced training to ensure a more pleasant customer experience in the future.
