"Extremely bad customer service, I think they're receptionist must be lazy to answer. I call, and call and no answer. If they do answer they put you on hold and never attend to you. Last time I went to take my mother the rooms were even dirty and dusty, no cleaning at all. I think I should just look for another clean and respectful dental place. People please don't go here."

"I ONLY RATED 5 STARS TO WARN YOU ABOUT THIS PLACE | Such a disgusting, horrible, and dirty place, My mom came here today because my grandma recommended this place since my mom had like a aching tooth, when we went inside the staff were okay, my mom got seated and I didn’t wanna go in the room because I have a bad stomach, 30 minutes in I heard one of the dentists say “her tissue fell out” in Spanish and the other one said “shove it back in” that’s all I heard though, I think they also cut it off, but the cherry on top was when they didn’t tell her ANYTHING about what she had to do, they just let her go with a bleeding mouth/gum and a packet of those tampon looking things and called it a day. (oh and also the TWO PAIRS SCISSORS they used to cut off the tissue wouldn’t cut so it was probably already USED.) |"
