"I do not recommend wigwam or lake mead dental especially for anything cosmetic especially implants they dona terrible job causing you bone loss by placing them improperly and then denying that they were placed improperly Sabina and ellan owner and manager will try to avoid your calls as well as any responsibility for their dental work. I have 2 implants that had to be removed because wigwam dental placed them improperly years ago. wigwam referredme to an oral surgeon to have them removed who also confirmed it was the fault of the dentist. Sabina will over talk you and deny I am hoping my story will save others heart ache from this office. also read their yelp reviews!! we now have to use a lawyer because the owner will not admit their wrong doings. I had to go to 3 other dentists to get statements confirming they were placed improperly this will all add on to my pain and suffering stay away from lake meade and wigwam there are so many dentists in las vegas who really care and back up their work"

"I have been coming to this dentist for at least 4 years, probably longer. I have not had a bad experience until recently. My last appointment I was put in the exam chair and waited over an hour. No one came to check on me or say anything. I left and rescheduled. Today I am back. I came straight to the back and I am in the same chair as last time. I should have known something was going to go wrong. They numbed me to get me ready and though my mouth was numb in minutes, here I am over an hour after I arrived just sitting here....AGAIN!!! I can feel the numbness wearing off! I called the front and I can hear the dentist say we always have to numb more. The thing is you wouldn't have to if you weren't with another patient taking too long! Why do all of that numbing when you're not ready to proceed. Nobody wants to keep getting stuck with those big a$$ needles because you took too long with another patient. Time management is definitely an ISSUE!!! And I am definitely Disgusted!"

"I cannot speak highly enough about this office and the incredible staff. I have past trauma with dental work, and hadnt seen a dentist in years. Everyone helped keep me so calm and comfortable, as my first visit was (as is so often the case) an emergency. Pam was key in calming me my first big visits, with attentive and caring energy. Dr. Norton is so clear with her communication, which as an autistic person I deeply appreciate. She was incredibly gentle and very concerned about making sure everything was pain free as I had extractions done. The hygienist! If you dont like cleanings, go see Jen, she is phenomenal. No shaming here if you've not been to the hygienist for a while (she did my first ever cleaning) and she also pays close attention to ensuring that it doesn't hurt. An incredible human, I'm so grateful for her! The folks at the front that I have met are so knowledgeable and kind. I always appreciate Angel and Jess for helping me with remembering my appointments and assisting with the juggling of insurance, payments, and scheduling. They both handle the chaos of a busy office with grace. I've also seen another hygienist, I've sadly forgotten her name, she was also very thoughtful and thorough. There are several other wonderful folks behind the scenes who have helped and assisted but I dont remember their names either, apologies. Tldr: They care about you and making sure your mouth doesn't hurt. They're awesome go see them!"

"Very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable staff!!! The best dental experience I've had yet. In and out in an hour and change as a first time patient and the place smells way better than other dental facilities I've visited."

"I love this office. I love coming in and always knowing what's going on with me. The staff is friendly and always keeps me in the loop so I never feel lost about what's going on. I've been coming to the place for years and am never disappointed. Not only are the assistants and front desk people really nice the doctor is awesome. Dr.Ellen has been my primary dentist since I was in middle school and she is the only person I trust to put sharp objects into my mouth. She always makes sure I'm comfortable and understand what's happening. I always had a fear of being at the dentist but she makes the experience not as terrifying or nearly as painful. I 100% recommend this office to everyone. Keep up the awesome job guys! If possible 6/5 stars :)"
