"Dr. Legaspi D.D.S. and her staff are the most awesome and good working staff that I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know. I've never had anyone to work and explain everything to me when it comes to dealing with dental work on my teeth. I am so happy I've had the pleasure that I was guided to these people."
"The dentist sawed a tooth in half while in my jaw, sawed into the bone, and told me to just take ibuprofen. When I said I can’t take anti inflammatory medication, she said to just take lots of Tylenol. Then the receptionist called and made my 20 year old autistic son (also a former patient now) cry, for absolutely no reason. He needed to reschedule an appointment because he had to work, and she told him it was two appointments back to back and they’re charging him $98. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. There are lots and lots of dentists in Las Vegas."
"All of the staff there is very friendly and genuinely care about taking care of your needs, office is very clean, appointments are always spot on time, I myself highly recommend... Thank you everyone at brident dental"
"The actual dentist appointments have been fine. The dentist and hygienists have been friendly and efficient. But if you have to deal with billing, GOOD LUCK. It took approximately 2 hours of being on hold across many calls, being hung up on twice, being told I'd receive a call back twice but never actually receiving a call back, and finally calling scheduling to get to billing just so I could actually get someone to answer the phone. Not that Sahara Dental will care, but I canceled my upcoming appointment because the care provided is not worth the risk of dealing with billing again."
"I've had dentures made there in Nov 23. They don't fit and I've been trying to get a hold of them to repair or replace them since Nov 23. I've been trying to call them but you get transferred to answering service for Brident. Try calling yourself. There is no direct number. Good luck! The VA is sending me to a provider, to fix their shoddy work."
