"I’m not happy at all and have been so patient with this dental office. From the extractions to the temporary partial have been nothing but a nightmare. I had to go on my trip with bad partials that was indenting into my gums. I hate leaving bad reviews. But I was told my partials would be done Monday the 25th I called on my actual birthday and was told they want be ready until the following week. I can’t even eat with these things very painful. I just want my money back for the permanent ones and go elsewhere. If the job was too much say that . Now the lab is backed up why advertise how quickly you will have your partials if that is not true. I’m over it"

"Dear Dr. Cheng I have read your response to my review regarding the damage you have inflicted on my wife and your admission of your failure to achieve a medically professional and successful outcome. It is firmly my belief that when you start with a flawed process and add failed execution the results achieved will always result in failure. I clearly expressed my professional concerns with you at every visit only to have those concerns ignored or dismissed ending in your walking away and attempt to legally void yourself of any responsibility or liability for your actions and the physical and emotional damages inflicted on my wife not to overlook your failure to fulfill the terms of contract agreement. I will also note two corrections to your reply. The $732 refund stated during our final visit was subsequently rescinded and revised substantially lower by your Office Manager, not acceptable. As for the offer of $210 for the return of the lower denture that was rejected for cosmetic reasons as my wife would have been left with no lower denture. The offer was also considered an insult based on the original charge of $999 for which zero benefit has be received. Should Affordable Denture like a to reconsider a fair, reasonable and equitable offer of settlement for this matter consistent with the damages inflicted, for the avoidance of a formal legal dispute, that would be considered.
