"This office is the failure system at its best. Empty, for they make you wait. I waited 2 hours in a small room before seeing the dentist. Kept silent because I understand sometimes it takes time imperatives, etc... had X-rays, and then finally she came. I'm in pain it's been weeks. I thought it was the beginning of a cavity, but i also have bruxism, and my gum is very low in under one of my lower canine, so it's again very painful. She didn't touch me, a young Chinese lady, very uncomfortable. No eye contact doesn't seem to have a lot of confidence or experience. She just told me it's not a cavity. You just need a bit of filler to protect the teeth. Come back tomorrow!!!! So she can bill me and the insurance twice. I tried to explain in my call to book the rdv, and i made sure I'll be treated. The office girl asked her and said yes, come tomorrow, she'll fix your pb. They asked for $150 upfront. I agreed and said, "Come back at 1:30 after her lunch." I will try to do it, but nothing is sure. She left for lunch. I went to buy tylenol sat on my car and put a 1 star review here with no comments. and came back. They refuse to take care of me because of the 1 star. They asked me to leave after 3 hours waiting for nothing... last important thing, there was 1 patient taking care of in the morning beside me, and after lunch, the girl sleeping in the chair waiting to be seen. Not too much traffic !!!"

""I recently visited a dental office and had a very disappointing experience. First, the receptionist was unfriendly and seemed disinterested in helping me. She did not provide any clear instructions or information about the procedures. When I finally got to see the dentist, they were rushed and didn't take the time to properly explain the treatment options or answer my questions. The dentist also seemed to be in a hurry and performed a procedure without taking proper precautions or ensuring my comfort. During the procedure, I experienced a lot of pain, and when I asked for additional anesthesia, the dentist seemed annoyed and dismissive. The lack of empathy and consideration for my discomfort was truly disheartening. Furthermore, the dental office appeared to be unclean and disorganized. The equipment looked outdated and not properly sterilized, which raised concerns about hygiene and safety. Overall, my experience at this dental office was highly unsatisfactory. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for patient comfort made me feel like I was just another number rather than a valued patient. "I found this dentist on Groupon and was so happy with the service I made it my regular dentist. This is the first time I'm leaving a review for a dentist but I thought they deserved it. They are fast to get into, the office is really nice and comfy with good music, the staff is cool including the dentist with a cool name. This is the first dentist I have felt didn't try to gouge me for services I didn't need, upsell me or over charge me. I'm so happy to keep coming back here and referring others. 11/10 recommend"
"My appointment was at 8:30am. At 9:40am I was not seen by the dentist. Look at the photos and see the time on the TV screen showing the time. I had a crown done here in 2021. Right after that the tooth in front started having inflammation. I just thought it had nothing to do with the new crown. 2 years later the crown fell off suddenly, I wasn't eating anything when it fell off. Today I took it back to see if they can cement the fallen crown back and the dentist said it doesn't fit anymore and will get me a new crown. The office manager came in and told me to go see her in her office. She was very stern. No smiles at all. She said it was my fault that I didn't take care of my teeth. I told her I floss everyday. She said I didn't and she will not take care of the cost of the new crown. She said I can get a 2nd opinion. I didn't know crowns only lasted 2 years and they have to be replaced. I have had crowns that stayed for 10-15 years . Most crowns last 5-20years. Mine even with flossing lasted only 2 years. The whole experience was very unpleasant and the treatment of the office manager to me was very rude. FYI, anywhere they advertise on Groupon is probably not a good place to go. I read the good reviews here and most of the 5 stars only have 1-2 reviews. It seems the reviews are not from people who review all the time. Why would anyone sign up for an account and just do 2 reviews and stop? Maybe it's time we wake up to these "good reviews"..."
