"I love this dental office! I’ve been to many dental offices trying to see which one I’ll call home and as you know it’s a bit uncomfortable when it comes to your cleaning and dental procedures. I would always feel embarrassed or a bit uncomfortable with the other offices and their staff. At Wanlass Dental they make you feel so good and comfortable. Hands down for the Dentist. I got a procedure done by him and he did an amazing job. Samantha is AMAZING! She’s very detailed with her cleanings and her personality is a bonus. Front desk is so welcoming and quick with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Wanlass Dental."

"Dr. Wanlass is a great dentist. However, his practice has taken a nose dive. In the past, they charged a bit more than your insurance would pay, but not excessively, and I never minded paying a little extra because Dr. Wanlass is great and the hygienists were top notch. A couple years ago things started to change. His fees increased, they started having a high turnover of personnel, both office staff and hygienists. They also seem to be upselling unneeded procedures and not paying attention to our insurance's annual maximum. I ended up paying 100% out of pocket for most of my husband's last 2021 visit. Some of those 2021 procedures (root scaling) could've been postponed to the following year. There are definitely issues with their billing department. Some of my visits were submitted incorrectly three times before they got it right. One visit took them over a year to get submitted correctly, and that was after I called them to remind them to resubmit it. Apparently my insurance had closed it out because they never got the correct codes. It's now July 2023 and I have one claim from Dec. 2021 I'm still waiting for them to submit properly. I stopped going to Wanlass Dental in June 2022 and will never go back."

Debbie is so amazing as she cleans my teeth. She is nice, funny and extremely informative and current in new techniques. She loves her job and it shows.
