Somerset Dental Las Vegas

"I've been going to Somerset for years. Always rated it a 5. Unfortunately, I can no longer rate it a 5. It's just not the same dental office. Looking for a new dentist for the entire family based on today's experience. Servers crashed. No access to customer files. Referencing incorrect information. No apology. Not the level of professionalism I expect from a dentist office."

"First, I would like to say that I LOVE Dr. Palluck and her dental assistants and the new hygienist, Melissa. I have been going to Somerset Dental for over 20years when it was Dr. Tadrissi. I instantly loved Dr. Palluck when she took over the practice. For most of the time I never had dental insurance and I always paid out of pocket because I loved them. I write this review because of their scheduling system. I scheduled a 1/30 deep cleaning and preventative fillings. I received 8 text messages confirming my appt. on 11/28, 12/1, 1/16, 1/23 9:46am, 1/23-10am, 1/26, 1/27, and 1/29 (all said 9am appt.) Then I received 2 phone calls to also confirm my appt. I understand that the office would like to make sure a patient doesn't miss their appt but I found it excessive and told the office person. She told me that this is how it was and that they will continue to confirm multiple times. I was also told that that the reason it was 2 phone calls was because I had two services 9am and 10am. The 8 text messages sent only said my appt was at 9am and why wouldn't the office person check to see that I had appts back to back and just tell me in 1 phone call. fast forward a month later, I had regular cleaning scheduled for today 2/28. I received text messages at 2/14, 2/26, and 2/27 at 6:46pm. When I arrived today, the office told me that they were closed and whether or not I got the phone message message. After reviewing all the messages I received, I saw a VM left at 3:01pm on 2/26 (this was the VM stating my appt was cancelled. I never checked the VM because I received multiple text messages previously. In fact, I received a text message after the VM call at 2/27 6:46pm to confirm my appt again. I was very upset because I work and took time out of my day to drive 45 minutes to Somerset Dental for my appt.; only to be told they were closed and whether or not I got the message. I left the office in tears. If they spent as much time sending multiple text messages to confirm appointments and this is how they operate, I would think they would also spend as much time sending multiple messages that an appointment has been cancelled. As much as I love this team and some have been there for 20yrs, I have to say that this experience has left me thinking it's time for me to find a new dentist."

"Very pleased with my new crowns, my smile is much improved. The office is very clean and comfortable and the staff were for the most part nice and professional. I was going to give three stars but the fact the Dr. Personally called to check on me after my temporary teeth were put in was a very nice touch so 4 stars. I didn't like the fact they hold patients accountable for Appointment times requiring 48 hours to cancel/change but changed my Appointment time 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment with no compensation or accountability. I also didn't like all of the upselling, very irritating!"

"As a vet I can appreciate the comforting words even after I realized how five years had left need for work on my teeth. Thanks ladies this is great journey. Those old mercury fillings were toxic to me. Thanks Tammy, Melissa and awesome Dr. Palluc but let’s not forget Anna the squeaky wheel! Thank you for your service!"

"I’m very happy with my new smile. I will continues to work with this doctor. The staff has been professional and respectful. The Doctor has taken care of any problems that have come up. No problem. Same day appointments. Just call in and tell the clerk what your problem is. They do not leave you waiting. If at all possible they will resolve your problem on day one. They have modern equipment, laughing gas. Whatever it takes. I also appreciate that the doctor is down to earth and caring. You can be yourself and feel comfortable talking to her. It is well worth it to come to Somerset Dental."
