"Run as far and as fast away as you can! Do not go here. They should change their name to "Absolutely Incompetent!" The number of mistake appointments. Just unaccetable. Don't waste your time, money or sanity with this place."
"The most awful front desk staff . If you can tolerate them the dentist are not bad Example they call me say I have to come 2 hr earlier than my appointment. So I did . Now I been sitting here for 90 minutes It’s just crazy . I messaged it with texts attached"
"Actually opens way earlier ... I guess. Had an 8 o clocc appointment. Staff was late and by the time we were signed in they took atleast 4 patients and still did not communicate why we were waiting another hour atleast . I'm glad I came for a cleaning and nothing more serious because I would have been highly irritated. Worst visit ever. Will make sure to check the ratings and location before scheduling another appointment."
"I agree that this is the worst company in Las Vegas and it is unfortunate that some of the amazing doctors/students who work/intern there are treated horribly as well. The front office staff needs customer service training and an attitude adjustment not to mention organizational and time-management skills. Just smiling sincerely and facing customers would be a start as well as answering phone calls. The braces doc and his assistants are not only professionals but they are kind-hearted. However, like us, they are at the mercy of the office manager and the numerous font desk girls who gossip, scowl, ignore, dismiss, make numerous errors with appointment scheduling, accuse customers of lying, and simply treat patients very poorly. The other location had 10 chairs in a row with patients elbow to elbow and the doctor advancing from one to the other, which was unbelievable. This new location has actual patient rooms that are so tiny that you cannot get to the chair without ducking or crawling under equipment. I can deal with that but the rudeness and lack of professionalism by the front staff is horrendous. They also often shut down for the day but don't call you so you show up, wait around, call their number to wait on hold for an hour only to find out that they planned this weeks ago but failed to contact you or strategically did not contact you because they hate you so much for complaining. Don't get stuck with them. Once you sign up for that location, you are stuck there per their contract terms. There are better places that take Medicaid; you just have to call 100 places to find one. Believe me! It would be worth it to invest the time to find a different company entirely."
"First time I tried to make an appt with them in person for an emergency issue, they had a flooding issue and I was sent to another location that didn’t have a dentist in for that day. Not their fault. It was chaotic. I tried calling to get in for months after that and could never get through. Would spend hours online and at close they just hang up, no voicemail, nada. Decide to just go in person again and try. Girl at desk was nice, set me up for an appt the very next week. I show up 20 minutes to my appt and door is locked. No sign is posted so I’m thinking “I’m early, maybe they are at lunch”. I wait outside. There’s no benches. I rode the bus, don’t have a car to sit in. In June, in Vegas. Because of Lupus I get heat exhaustion at the drop of a sunbeam, but my fault for being early. I’m patient. I wait. Finally ten min after my appt time I decide to go next door to the wonderful Children’s offices and see if they know anything. They apologize and say the other team had left for the day and they should have called to reschedule. I check my voicemails thinking my phone and glitched. Nope. They never called to reschedule. Tldr; You couldn’t pay me to go back here. Unfortunately they are all my insurance covers so I’m going to have to see if the other offices in town (much farther by bus) have some openings anytime soon instead. Meanwhile I still have 5 broken teeth and one messed up crown causing me so much pain I’m taking extra strength Tylenol an hour before each meal. Worst dental experience ever. Second worse experience was also with them not surprisingly. Several years back, the first time I ever used them, after I refused the upsell for work my insurance wouldn’t cover, they sent me to an oral surgeon to have a tooth pulled. Took three months to get the referral and then the appt. The surgeon didn’t need to put me under or do anything special. Just numbed and pulled the way most dentists do it. Well, actually better than most dentist, no pressure and it healed crazy fast; but the same procedure."
