"My 3 kids have been going to this dentist for 7 years and I love this office. The staff is awesome and very well organized , clean office, and best part about it is they share dental office with Hansen Orthodontics so we don’t have to drive to far for my older kids ortho appts."

"I called today, 2h before my daughter's appointment to reschedule her appointment. Got a front desk person called Linda telling me in an extremely rude and condescending tone, that a reschedule is a cancelation and it would be $50 to charge me on the phone right there and then, before I can reschedule the appointment. I drove to the office for them to show me that written policy and the front desk girl tells me she apologize but it's a $35 cancelation fee/no show fee, not $50. They refused to reschedule the appointment. What kind of office let their front desk people create policies and fees that do not exist? Nothing on the document she showed me talked about a fee to reschedule an appointment before the time of the appointment, being told $50 on the phone and on paper it's $35. Super unprofessional. Then that same Linda girl wants to lie to my face to tell me she never said it's a cancelation. Very pathetic. We're not going back and I'm glad I realized how unprofessional they are before I let them clean then extract my daughter's baby teeth that won't fall. I'm not letting them care for My kids ever! It's time people learn who they let be the front of their business in this town, especially a business caring for children. No need to contact me, train your people to not be rude and condescending especially to people of color. That is gross. When I asked the name of the office manager and asked to speak to her, conveniently Brianna Thomas, I'm being told is not in the office today. Trying to rip off parents on a Tuesday morning. They cannot say I canceled my appointment bc a rescheduling is not a cancelation. They also cannot say I was a no show, I called to reschedule and Linda on the phone refused/FAILED to reschedule my appointment and tried to charge me $50 on the phone when the fee on paper, which wasn't even applicable is $35. Never again."

"Front desk girl was super Kind and courteous. The dental hygienist didn’t get her name She was amazing !! She made my granddaughter, feel very comfortable and not nervous…. She was extremely thorough and explaining everything she was doing."

"I’ve been coming to this office for many years as I have multiple children. My youngest is on the spectrum and had to get some work done. Dr. Chris was SO amazing with him. He was patient and funny and cared about his comfort levels. I didn’t get the assistants name but she was great too! I’ve never had a bad visit and always have easy scheduling or rescheduling"
