"My first time booking this place. She was late for my appt and kept me waiting outside. Upon sitting down in the seat she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t do my brows which I had a reservation for. She said she could only do lashes which I also had a reservation for. I told her I wasn’t notified about the browns and she argued that the receptionist told me, but that was a lie. I went along with it and got my lashes. At first they were great.. about two days later they started falling out in clumps. I knew it wasn’t right when she was rushing to out them on. She didn’t take her time. That worried me. I’m one week in and I’m missing most of my lashes as my eyes are painful. I called, but they wouldn’t help me. DO NOT GO HERE!! Not worth it! Got to a reputable place and one who takes their time with you."
